Welcome to Siam Thai

Our family comes from Uthai Thani, Thailand, where food has always been at the heart of family life. Some of our favorite memories were made around the table, sharing dishes prepared with love and recipes passed down

through our family.

When we opened Siam Thai in 2017, we wanted to create more than a small family business. We wanted to create a place where we could share our culture, our family recipes, and the comfort of a home-cooked Thai meal with everyone who walks through our doors.

Every dish we serve carries a little piece of who we are. When you gather around a table at Siam Thai, we are not only serving you food. We are sharing our family with yours, one meal at a time.

After nearly a decade in Asheville, we are grateful for every guest who has supported us, celebrated with us, and become part of our story. We are proud to call Asheville home and to be part of the community that continues to welcome our family.
